Terms and Conditions
- By downloading or using the App, these Terms will automatically apply to you - so you should make sure you read them carefully before using the App. You are not permitted to copy or modify the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks in any way.
- You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, nor should you attempt to translate the Application into other languages or create derivative versions.
- The app itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights relating to it still belong to [name of developer/company].
- [Name of developer/company] is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without showing you exactly what you are paying for.
The Village Diet application stores and processes the personal data that you have provided to us, to provide services to you. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and to access the Application. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. It can make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malware, compromise your phone's security features and may mean that the Village Diet app will not work properly or at all.
- In Village Diet, we give you a subscription to use the application and benefit from the food tables provided to you
Do not share your code
- It is prohibited to use tables and information for commercial purposes, except as permitted by Village Diet, and breaching these conditions leads to direct cancellation of the subscription
- The application asks you for some important information, so you must be careful in everything you mention about yourself, your health, and any diseases you suffer from, God forbid, and you must update it when a change occurs and inform your coach of that
- The subscriber must renew monthly to maintain and view his schedule
Subscription amounts are non-refundable
- The application uses third party services that announce their own terms and conditions.
- The subscriber is allowed to freeze the subscription following the instructions of the application
You should be aware that there are some things that [Life Apps] will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require it to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your carrier, but [Life Apps] cannot be held responsible for an app that is not fully functional if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and you have none left. Your data balance.
If you are using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your carrier will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile service provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the App, or other third party fees. When using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside of your home region (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the App, please note that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the App.
By the same token, [Life Apps] cannot always be held responsible for the way you use the app, i.e. you need to make sure your device stays charged - if the battery runs out and you can't turn it on to take advantage of the service, [Village Diet] cannot be held responsible .
With respect to [Apps for Life] liability for your use of the App, it is important to keep in mind that although we strive to ensure that it is up-to-date and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you.
At some point, we may want to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS - system requirements may change (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the app's availability to), and you'll need to download updates if you want to continue using the app.
[Life Apps] does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with Android and iOS Xverage that you have installed on your device. However, you always promise to accept updates to the Application when they are offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the Application, and we may terminate use of the Application at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) You must stop using the Application and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
[Village Diet] may update our terms and conditions from time to time. Thus, we advise you to check this page periodically for any changes.
